What a scholar!
I am sure he was an amazing counselor; one could tell by his casual off the subject throw away lines about life which were so profound. No more new Szasz books.I am so sad. Mostly for me. He seemed to negotiate life's toughness very well!Phil Schneidernoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20077444.post-68144397294224081792012-09-14T14:56:07.106-05:002012-09-14T14:56:07.106-05:00It is time for the younger generation to continue ...It is time for the younger generation to continue the fight.
WWWhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16829390626570487439noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20077444.post-57215428536377989392012-09-13T11:51:25.564-05:002012-09-13T11:51:25.564-05:00I like to think Thomas Szasz is in a good space ri...I like to think Thomas Szasz is in a good space right now, having achieved so much in one lifetime and now having shed his mortal shell. I think he was 90 at the time. It was amazing how sharp he still was.

And I agree with Sheldon. He was one libertarian that too many libertarians don't really know about or purposely downplay.Tomnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20077444.post-14851300758883703572012-09-11T10:00:27.940-05:002012-09-11T10:00:27.940-05:00The most underappreciated libertarian. The most underappreciated libertarian.Sheldon Richmanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15672237234580563637noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20077444.post-16729275893182284722012-09-11T09:45:19.334-05:002012-09-11T09:45:19.334-05:00Tom was one of the great heroes of liberty of the ...Tom was one of the great heroes of liberty of the past half century.
